For the 2016-17 season the Edmonton Oilers are proud to present the paperless season ticket. It’s the most convenient, secure and greenest way into Rogers Place all season long! There are no tickets to carry, just bring your cards to the arena and enter with ease.
The Season Seat Card also serves as your Season Seat Holder ID. Present your Season Seat Card at the Oilers Store (Rogers Place and Kingsway Mall) to receive 15% off regular-priced merchandise.
Every Edmonton Oilers Season Seat Account will receive one card per seat for the Regular Season and another card per seat for the 2017 Playoffs.

Donating Tickets – Seats for Kids
The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation works with registered children's charities in Northern Alberta to redistribute tickets and provide children facing extraordinary challenges the chance to experience Oilers hockey live at Rogers Place. Game Time Changes
Due to television broadcasting schedules, game times are subject to change throughout the season. Any changes will be emailed to the primary email address on your account, announced on EdmontonOilers.com, Facebook, Twitter and Oilers radio and television broadcasts.
Lost or Stolen Season Seat Cards / Tickets
Lost tickets can be reprinted, beginning 48 hours prior game time by logging in to your Account Manager or by calling a Ticket Services Representative at 780-414-GOAL (4625).
In order to reprint stolen tickets a police report must accompany your request.
Original barcodes will be deactivated and new tickets with a different barcode will be activated and printed. Only the new tickets will grant access to Rogers Place.
The Oilers Mobile Account Manager delivers the convenience of always having your seat barcode information available from your mobile device. Whether you are coming to the game using your Digital Card or printed tickets, or if you have lost or forgotten your tickets, Mobile entry allows you to present a valid copy of the most current seat barcode for entry to Rogers Place. You do not need to save a file or download an app.
After you log in, the most current game will automatically appear at the top of the list followed by a second section showing your upcoming games.
Follow these easy steps:
- Single Game: Press the > icon next to a specific seat to display your barcode for entry.
Multiple Seats: All your seats for that game are displayed. Do not press the > icon. Choose View Your Tickets from the select an action menu. Select all seats you wish to scan for entry. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and press View Your Tickets. You may swipe or press Next through the series of barcodes from this screen. You do not have to go back and repeat the process for each seat.
- Present your mobile barcode to the Rogers Place event staff
After successfully scanning the barcode, event staff will provide each person with a Seat Locator print-out, which you will be able to use for re-entry. You will not be required to produce the mobile barcode again for re-entry.
- Click the Wallet button to add the ticket to your iPhone Wallet. On game day, the Mobile Entry code(s) will appear on your lock screen for added convenience.
- Click the information button to view more information about the ticket as well as Terms and Conditions.
Rogers Place Box Office
Season Seat Holders with questions or concerns about their account or problems with their tickets should direct their inquiries to the Rogers Place Box Office, located inside Ford Hall. Any lost or stolen ticket requests will be available for pick up at the Rogers Place Box Office.
Parking, drop off and pick up zones

Underground parking at Rogers Place is reserved for pass holders only. Have your parking pass (if applicable) ready to present prior to entry. Your pass should remain visible in your vehicle at all times. Please adhere to all parking restrictions.

Re-entry Policy at Rogers Place
Rogers Place is committed to providing guests the safest and most secure environment. Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted at Rogers Place. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned into Rogers Place, guests cannot exit the building and return during the event. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by Rogers Place Guest Experience Team on a case-by-case basis.
Security at Rogers Place
All guests entering Rogers Place are subject to magnetometer screening and physical search. Rogers Place reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or considered prohibited items. Any guest who declines security screening may be denied entry or ejected from Rogers Place.
Rogers Place is a smoke free venue. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vapourizers, are prohibited in Rogers Place. Outside food, beverages, cameras & video equipment are not permitted.
Sharing Your Seats
There are three great options for sharing your seats:
- Transfer tickets electronically through your Oilers Account Manager
- Print a paper tickets through your Oilers Account Manager beginning 48 hours prior to game time
- Provide your Season Seat Card to the recipient
Single game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster may be picked up at the Rogers Place Box Office located inside Ford Hall. All Will Call tickets will be made available as early as two hours prior to game time. The purchaser’s government issued photo identification, confirmation number and credit card required to pick up the tickets.
