Oilers Account Manager allows you to manage your account using your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Access your game tickets
  • Enter Rogers Place using Mobile Account Manager on your smartphone
  • Sell or buy tickets on NHL Ticket Exchange – Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan-to-Fan Resale
  • Securely transfer tickets via email
  • Print or reprint tickets beginning 48 hours prior to the game time
  • Update your account profile
  • Track seat usage throughout the season
  • Add a note or reminder to games in the calendar
  • Donate your tickets to charity

How to access your account

To manage your account online and get the most from your Season Seat investment, follow these steps:

  1. Go to EdmontonOilers.com and select the Oilers Account Manager button.
  2. Log in to your account with your Account ID and password.*
  3. Start managing your account.
*Don’t know your password? Click on Forgot Your Password or call the Edmonton Oilers Ticket Services Team at 780-414-GOAL (4625).

How to update your account profile

Changes to address, telephone numbers or other account information can be updated through your Oilers Account Manager or submitted in writing with the signature of the primary account holder. Corporate account changes must be on company letterhead. Account changes may be sent to:
